Hospitality has a very wide range of styles of service. Over the decades I've attained experience in all levels including catering, pizzeria & Italian restaurants, fine dining, also privately owned to national chains. I've hands on experience in all areas from FOH to BOH, management to marketing, operations to administration. I have a history of improving operations and increasing sales. Always a team player, boosting morale, and uplifting team members. Every venue had its own personality & team dynamic to learn.
