Born a native to South Florida at Mercy hospital, raised in Hollywood, attended private catholic prep schools, with the latter of my teen years in Texas. In 1989 I returned to South Florida and began my successful career in entertainment. Spawning a production company that thrived through 2018 I always supplemented with various positions in other industries. With my experience, I was always treated as management, even when title's were not held.
Appreciating the benefit for balance between work & home, competitive and bottom-line oriented, I balance the needs of both others and self. A flexible stabilizer with a strong preference for following established systems or creating them if none present. Always on the quest for further understanding and knowledge of the practical needs of new situations. Calm under pressure with a logical approach. Steadfast and dependable, I tend to be a calming influence on those with whom I work. Being a very good critical thinker in the problem-solving context, my approach to working with others is tactful and respectful.

With a sense of humor, I become very serious for work tasks and projects to maintain high quality control. Modest with the ability to be assertive when necessary for emphasis or communication. Optimistic with high personal standards / goals, I score like those who desire to become the best they can, or an expert, in many areas. Ability to focus on building my own skills and talents, while assisting others on the team building their own skills. I self-manage my own organizational activity and workload with a high degree of competence, Enlisting the help of others on details. I handle assignments of authority with confidence obtaining the respect of others in the organization, easily making friends on & off the job bringing a high sense of enthusiasm to projects and ideas.
