Events & Entertainment covers much more ground than people think. Aside from the administrative, sales, and legal aspects of every business; here is a partial list of event types serviced. Kids events (birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduations, and homecomings), family events (reunions, super bowl, house warming, holiday, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding, and anniversary), corporate events (team building, holiday, meetings & expos, product releases, destination management, fund raising, charity, grand openings, and ground breaking ceremonies), night life (house parties, nightclubs, and after hours). Also large scale concert series, music festivals, raves, and sports events. I've done this and more for almost 3 decades.
The restaurant industry in South Florida during the 90's was extremely profitable through earnings. More so through the networks built. Most in the entertainment industry supplement income with hospitality positions that were highly seasonal. During that generation having a good list of positions on your resume was a good thing, because evryone in the industry new tthe trends of following the money, so the talented traveled through positions changing their scenery with where the money flowed and the seasoned staff with followings were always hired. From mom & pop locations to world renowned fine dining locations, I've held experience in them all.
Logistics & Support covers my experience in the courier and call center industries. Working for a tri-county courier company and in call center accounts for fortune 500 companies require  astute attention to detail for performance and compliance. From on the road to dispatch, and agent to supervisor, I possess experience at every level with a track record of success. These positions were demanding to say the least. Pre-GPS generation, maps, adjusting for time, traffick, hence also no tracking of drivers on the road. Managing rooms of 75+ agents is challenging.
Sales & Account Management Covers my retail, call center, "boiler room's", supply chain distribution, and national sales management experience. For my company & others I've created and implemented strategies,  approach, sales training, sales tools, tracking systems, quality controls, account maintenance standards & methods, and more. Average sales around $500 to $5k and also high ticket items with sales from 50k up into 6 figures on a weekly/monthly basis. I'm well versed in all CRM's and have strategic partners who build them, one of the associates I worked with, Alex Mahkover of Weberts, built the entire proprietary system that KOS Pharmaceuticals utilizes to run their day to day operations, a 4-year 20 million dollar project.
